My client is an East London based construction company who are currently looking for a Qualified Accountant to join their operation on a permanent basis.
The role will be office based and paying between £50,000 – £60,000 for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Preparing management accounts and consolidation on quarterly basis with notes for their portfolio of multiple developments.
- Review of corporation tax returns and assist with tax planning across the group
- Preparation of audit files and liaising with auditors as require
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Review monthly cash flow
- Preparation of VAT returns to ensure compliance with legislation
- Use of QUBE finance system
- Ensure compliance with bank covenants for various loan facilities
- Preparation of annual budget and forecast
The ideal candidate will have:
- ACA/ ACCA qualified
- Statutory/ management accounts preparation experience
- Advanced excel
- Business partnering
