Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus

Xenial Consulting are pleased to be partnered with a leading Medical Recruitment agency based in Central London who are looking for an experienced Pay and Bill Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will have 3 direct reports across the Payroll and Credit Control functions supporting a wider team of circa 30.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Recruitment sector pay and bill experience – including portals
  • Team Management experience
  • The ability to be hand’s-on on a day to day basis but also be able to provide strategic oversight and suggest improvements
  • Ability to confidently deal with senior stakeholders
  • Business process transformation experience
  • Systems implementation experience would be advantageous

This is a key hire for the business and you will be working very closely with the senior leadership team to improve and streamline existing processes.
