Our Story
Xenial Consulting was established by Natasha and Tiggs in 2022 as a result of wanting to have complete autonomy over the way in which we recruit and cutting out the corporate red-tape. We believe it’s as simple as having a pure focus on filling roles for our clients and finding jobs for our candidates.
With combined experience of over 30 years in Finance recruitment, we have worked as a partnership across several different businesses including a large corporate, an established boutique and a start-up.
Having worked in these different environments and understanding how each operates, we decided that the time was right to go it alone and so
Xenial Consulting was born.

We both like to operate in a way where if you are a client, we won’t waste your time with anyone who doesn’t fit your requirements or with lots of options which then take you time to whittle down. Our clients will agree that we can understand roles well enough to give you a shortlist of specified talent matching all work-related responsibilities but also a personality which will fit your company culture.
